Then, of course you go to review websites like TripAdvisor to read what others have shared about the hotel you intend to stay in.
Once you have done your research and made up of your mind to book a room there, you go straight to book online. STOP. An expert advises to talk the hotel people directly over telephone before you book a room. Why? It may be possible to get a better price ... even better than what you found over Internet. Tell them you have done your research properly and deserve better. If they agree, then you gain!
Now, when you you call directly, you are in position to ask questions the answers of which you could not find over Internet. These could be small queries but important for your comfort and convenience!
